Terms of Service

Free plugins — GO2AUDIO grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded plugin(s) for personal or commercial music production. No purchase is required during the free period.

Paid plugins (future) — Upon purchase of a premium license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for the version purchased, subject to the following:

• —You may install the plugin on up to 3 computers that you personally own or control
• —The license is for a single named user and may not be shared or transferred
• —The license is perpetual for the version purchased; major version upgrades may require a separate purchase

Regardless of license type, you may not:

• —Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the plugin
• —Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the plugin available to any third party
• —Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• —Use the plugin to build or assist in building a competing audio plugin product
• —Share your license key or installation files publicly

All music, audio, and creative works produced using GO2AUDIO plugins are entirely yours. We claim no rights, royalties, or ownership over anything you create with our tools. You retain full copyright and creative control over your output.

Paid products (when available) are sold through our payment partners (Lemon Squeezy / Spiiriiit). By completing a purchase you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms of service.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase, contact us within 14 days of the transaction date for a full refund. Upon refund, the associated license will be deactivated. Refund requests for free licenses are not applicable.

All GO2AUDIO plugins, including their DSP algorithms, code, UI designs, branding, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of GO2AUDIO. A license to use the software does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Free plugins receive updates at our discretion. Paid licenses include free updates within the purchased major version. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 → v2) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price to existing license holders.

We reserve the right to discontinue support for any product version at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every DAW or operating system configuration. Use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GO2AUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or audio projects — arising from the use of, or inability to use, our software or website.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our plugins or website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
